Rochester’s PRism Awards recognize complete public relations programs and tactical elements incorporating sound research, planning, execution and evaluation. They must meet the highest standards of performance in public relations to be considered for a PRism Award. Individuals will also be awarded Rising Star and Sharleen M. Bruse awards.

Reserve your spot at the front of the room! Purchase 8 tickets (member, non-member or a combo) add “Reserved Table” to your cart and voila, rock star seating! You can also add champagne to your reserved table by selecting "Reserved Table with Champagne" when registering.

The Venue: The Arbor Loft is located in the space above Hart’s Local Grocers, with an entrance on Pitkin St. See a google map of the entrance here.

Parking: Guests have several parking options. Don't get towed. Please do not park in the Hart’s Local Grocers, The Little or 2Vine parking lots.
1) Valet service provided free of charge by Lakeview Valet. Pick-up/drop-off at 17 Pitkin St., in front of the Arbor Loft entrance.
2) Self-park in teacher's union lot at 30 N. Union St.
3) On-street parking near the venue. (Free after 6 p.m.)
4) East End Garage on Scio St. (Daily max $8)

Schedule of Events: 
5:30 p.m. – Arrive
5:45 p.m. – Cocktail hour with open bar
6:45 p.m. – Cash bar begins and dinner is served
7:00 p.m. – Awards program begins
8:30 p.m. – Program concludes
