This panel will be about engaging employees and improving internal communications—yet these topics are very broad and people often have different ideas of what they entail. In this session:

• Panel members will discuss employee engagement—what this is, why it is important, how it is defined in their respective organizations.
• Participants will be able learn how organizations can integrate engagement strategy and practice into everyday operations, and also how to measure and evaluate outcomes to continually improve upon engagement.
