Come hear firsthand about the not-for-profit campaign that won the 2011 Best-of-Show PRism Award. Bob Finnerty, Chief Communications Officer, University News  will discuss how the RIT men’s hockey team catapulted into the national spotlight in April 2010 with a Frozen Four appearance. The team was challenged to respond quickly, handle of a deluge of media requests and maximize social media for future success. The team was able to earn 3,100 news placements in three weeks and unprecedented social media exposure.
