Artificial Intelligence is a broad term for many technologies and applications. PRSA Rochester is opening a series of programs to understand some of the different types of AI and how tools like ChatGPT are poised to be some of the greatest disruptors to the communications field since the introduction of social media more than a decade ago.

To learn more about Artificial Intelligence, in general, and its potential impact on communications professionals we will be joined by three experts and thought leaders from RIT to discuss the following:

• What is Artificial Intelligence and what are some of its different applications?
• What is ChatGPT and its capabilities? How is it being used now – and what could it become in the future?
• What are Deep Fakes and how can communications professionals recognize these images?
• How can communications professionals learn more about integrating AI technology into practice and what must they understand about recognizing technology-produced communications materials?
