Leadership Communications: Transparency and Vision in Times of Crisis
A panel discussion that is aimed at sharing practical insights and actionable strategies to better deal with crisis and issues communication preparedness and responses. We will talk through some real-world examples that provide a solid understanding of the dynamic landscape of crisis communication and the tools needed to navigate it successfully. Featuring:

• Barbara Pierce, APR, Director, Bureau of Communications & Special Events, City of Rochester

The event will take place at Courtyard Rochester Downtown. Please park in the “hotel parking only,” past the gate which will be opened – not in front of the hotel where the JoLi banquet space is (cars parked in that lot risk getting towed).
