• Social media policies—creating a formal policy for your business or a client, where to start, gaps that many policies have
• Employee social media guidelines—best practices for employees who tweet and distinguishing between personal and professional endorsements 
• Social media for clients—Has your client/boss/company asked you to tweet or comment on behalf of someone else? Heard of companies who will have agencies, colleagues, friends pose as an average consumer to bash a competitor?  Understand the legal parameters of these scenarios as well as special considerations for running contests or other promotions on social media.

About Henry Teegarden                             
Henry Teegarden has been an attorney at Thomson Reuters for over a decade and also maintains a private practice. He was an Adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology for five years and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Arizona and for the Monroe County Bar Association.  A native of Rochester, Mr. Teegarden graduated cum laude with Honors from the University of Rochester and cum laude from the University of Buffalo School of Law. He is a Member of the New York Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  He lives in Brighton with his wife Tammy.
