You are a valued member of the Rochester chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and to show our appreciation of your participation and support over the years, we will be ordering complimentary engraved name badges for every member. That’s right, no more sticker name tags that curl at the corners and fall off. No more off-centered, misspelled names poorly printed on Avery 26144 labels. You deserve a classy engraved name badge to wear proudly at member events!

For the sake of accuracy, we’re asking you to submit your name as you’d like it to appear on the badge by June 1st. If you do not respond by the deadline, we will use your name as it is printed on our membership roster. To make the badges timeless, or as timeless as possible, we will not include your company name. We will, however, be including your years of membership.

The badges will be metal with a magnetic back (so no pins to ruin your clothes). We’re looking at either gold or silver tags with black engraving. It will look something like this:
